  • You feel daunted with studio or gym classes because you fell like you are the least physically prepared, least flexible and not strong enough for many of the poses. Not to mention all the sanskrit terminology that you do not understand and don’t know what to do next.

Most group yoga classes follow a one-size-fits-all approach, offering generalized sequences that may work for many but can feel overwhelming if you’re just starting out or need to adjust poses for an injury or specific condition.

How it works?

  • Step 1: First, you will book your FREE Yoga Discover Call.
  • Step 2: Once you confirm that you want to hire me as your yoga instructor we will choose the day(s),  and time to schedule your weekly classes.
  • Step 3: Upon payment of your prefered option, you will recieve an exclusive link to our Zoom meeting room.
  • Step 4: I design a customized yoga plan just for you, focusing on areas like strength, flexibility, stress relief, or mindfulness.
  • Step 5: We meet for private online sessions where I guide you through your personalized practice. Each session is interactive, supportive, and designed to leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.
1:1 Private Yoga Classes

After class, you will recieve a link to the recording of your class, which will be available to you for 7 days, in case you want to review and practice.

What to expect from your Yoga Discovery call?

  • In a 30 minute Zoom call you will tell me why you would like to start practicing yoga, what are your needs, goals and expectations regarding yoga practice.
  • I will tell you about my teaching style so we can assess if we are a good fit.
  • This is a free call and you have no committment to hire me as you private yoga teacher and coach.
