Complete the past to embrace the future
We can only embrace the future when we are free from past hurts.
Past hurts are like anchors in our lives. They stop us from moving forward.
Pain, anger, resentment and need for revenge are poison to our well being.
These feelings take away precious energy that could otherwise be used in a constructive and creative way.
It takes work and effort to release ourselves from the past, but the first step is to have the will to do it.
On chapter 29 of the book “The Success Principles”, Jack Canfield walks the reader through some exercises to help release negative past events.
On this same chapter he also includes what is for me the most powerful affirmation I have ever come across.
So, much so that I have copied it and read it everyday to power my day with lightness and freedom.
What luggage do you need to get rid of?
Forgive and move on.

May The Bliss be with you,
